Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer — we do not cover return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at support@plom.one with a photo and we'll make it right.
